got a question before you order? planning a wedding and need to talk numbers? something turned up looking wrong? tell me.
this goes straight to me (james), an actual person, not a ticket system with feelings. i reply by email.
rather just email? james@8472.studio works too.
before you ask
how fast do you reply?
as soon as i can, by email. it's one person and a printer, so be gentle.
can i order more than 200 prints?
200 is the most in one order. for more than that, place a second order, or message me first if it's for a wedding or an event and we'll sort it.
something arrived damaged or wrong. what now?
tell me here with your order number and i'll reprint or refund it.
what happens to my message?
it's emailed to me and then wiped from this site. it's only used to reply to you.
